The Idea is to get The Locust God out as soon as possible and start wheeling as much as possible as often as possible and get as many Locust tokens onto the battlefield.

While your at it you can play specific creature pumping artifacts like adaptive automoton + Metallic Mimic and some color pumping ones like Caged Sun + Gauntlet of Power . All these get set on Insect and Blue usually. You also have Shared Animosity Impact Tremors and Purphoros, God of the Forge to also help deal a bunch of extra damage.

That is the spirit of the deck. It does run a Paradox Engine Package with 13 mana rocks so hopefully that is enough since I expect to essentially draw into many, if not all, of the rocks with all the wheeling I will be doing. It also runs Mana Echoes + Skullclamp in order to draw the deck if need be and a Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to discard so that I can refill my Library back up and do it all again.
