Short answer: I didn't have a blue deck, now I do.

Long answer: Opposition and Skullclamp needed that little extra help to be great. Now they have it.

There are a few unconventional choices related to the specifics of The Locust God (e.g. dying to hand -> Mindwrack Liege, cycling lands for uncounterable insects, etc.) but it's mostly just a stock good Ur list.
