Sideboard

Welcome my son. Welcome to The Machine! ~Pink Floyd

This deck is a really fun deck with a lot of answers to a lot of different problems. You can have the "Top 8" cards (these cards will very from person to person and deck to deck) exiled, and still have the tools to win a game. It can be played one on one or in a group game.

I wanted to build a deck with no colors involved at all. This deck has gone through a lot of revising to get to where it is today. I have tried to play the deck with or without certain cards, but I really didn't like the feel of the deck. One of the biggest additives to the deck was the introduction of the Eldrazi. I had gotten stomped by ONE green elf with protection from artifacts and the Eldrazi have been in there ever since. Though I really do not play Emrakul, or the other two big Eldrazi, I mostly have them in there for anti-mill. Let me tell you, I have played one game where I was milled for over one hundred cards during that game.

Though no deck is perfect all the time, this deck is slightly inconsistent with mana. To say it another way, sometimes I get mana screwed, but sometimes the deck comes out swinging full throttle on the opening hand. Either way, once this deck gets going, WATCH OUT! Also, The Machine is not the greatest against really fast aggro decks: Goblins and Elves come to mind; but again, with a good opening hand sometimes these decks don't stand a chance.

The sideboard is there for taking out the 4x Cloudpost to make the deck Modern.

Any questions at all; like playing tips, how I play the deck, or even more background on the deck (including previous versions that I made) feel free to ask me.
