Here is my take on Gimli, Mournful Avenger! I am attempting to build him on a pretty modest budget. The issue I am currently running into as I'm goldfishing is that I can consistently play Gimli himself turn 2 - 3, but then I run out of gas (looking for some enabling engines here) to make any kind of a blood-splashy turn. I would very much like recommendations for cuts and additions. For reference, I want to flood the board with tokens and have ways to make the tokens die, preferably for free, to trigger Gimli's fight target creature ability. I get that I will probably have to live with the deck running slower for a little while, just want to build it and see if I like it as much as I think I will. Then upgrade.

Please keep card suggestions under $1, maybe $1.50. I'm a working dad and have zero money people. (I've put more expensive $$ card options for sac outlets in my maybe board. Need plenty to ensure Gimli gets to fight something)
