This self-mill reanimator list wins through combat damage or various mill combos.

The deck features a lot of the dual sided lands where the front of the card is a creature. With over half of the cards in the deck being creatures, it is much easier to mill a target for your commander.

The most prominant combo is The Master, Transcendent, Intruder Alarm, and any creature that taps to mill cards, especially Phenax, God of Deception which allows you to mill out all opponents. The deck being prodominantly creatures means that even two creatures that tap to mill a single card will likely go infinite with The Master, Transcendent and Intruder Alarm in play.

I did end up adding Thunderfoot Baloth, and Craterhoof Behemoth as all 3 of these are effective when reanimated as a 3/3 mutant while being able to make a wide board lethal. Recent sets gave sultai a lot of mill support, which allowed me to pull a few of the weaker and non-creature mill engines and replace them with win conditions, which the deck sorely lacked. I've also added Spark Double and the Sakashima's to the list. These should help either improve the mill engine by copying the commander or another mill engine or close out the game by copying the forementioned closers.
