My Vile Duskcrank deck had far too many holes that needed protecting. this led to it being far too slow to get out and combo off.
Also i stopped loving it like my baby and more like an uncle.
But on my quest to find cards to put into my deck I discovered a better brighter combo:
Altar of the Brood + Heartless Summoning + Myr Retriever
The result is a turn two win with infinite mill
--HOW IT WORKS--
Turn 1: drop a land, cast altar
Turn 2: drop a second land, cast heartless summoning, then follow with Myr Retriever, which, thanks to our enchantment, costs 0 to summon.
The Myr will hit the battlefield then instantly die letting you retrive another aritfact from your graveyard. oh but wait? you have a second Myr Retriever in your hand? boom. use both with Altar of the Brood to mill your opponent out.
Turn 2 win. Say whhaaaaat?!
--STRENGTHS--
Super, hella quick. provided all pieces are in hand. If not there are tutors:
Hate. Artifact, enchantment, graveyard, everything. A buttload of hate.
As such the rest of the deck is cantrips, and counters. I.e. a control shell - aww yee we be splashing blue.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you, The Mill Pill, its a hard one to swallow.
