Similar to your typical dimir control deck but even more dimir-esque! Control every aspect of the game (yes, even your opponent!)

This deck will play out very similarly to your average Dimir Control deck for the first few turns but the real fun happens when you draw Isochron Scepter and Dimir Charm to completely deny your opponent good card draws for the rest of the game.

There are multiple ways to get these 2 cards in hand using Muddle the Mixture, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Serum Visions, and Search for Azcanta  .

A tip for using Isochron Scepter is to be careful playing it on turn 2 unless you know your opponent doesn't have a counter spell or artifact hate, otherwise you will likely just run into a 1 for 2 trade. I usually will play it on turn 4 or later so I have mana left over to protect it until the next turn.

If you run into a deck that uses artifact hate you can sideboard in Extirpate or Dispel to help deal with it.

So far i've play tested this against many top modern decks and the next stop for me is to bring it to FNM and tournies!
