Hate AEtherling because you can't kill him!? Well.. prepare to hate him even more!! Because even if you do manage to kill that evasive bastard, he can now come back an infinite number of times thanks to Whip of Erebos !

The combo is simply to use AEtherling's exile ability before or after the Whip of Erebos trigger goes off. Allowing him to remain a permanent on the field until he is killed again.

What if I have AEtherling in my hand and want to get rid of him? Well my dear boy, I'm glad you asked! With cards like Prognostic Sphinx and Pack Rat, you can discard him at will! Prepping his return from the dead with Whip of Erebos.

Why did I add Swan Song ? Well mainly so my key cards Whip of Erebos and Prognostic Sphinx do not get countered. Once they're on the field, they're both fairly safe. It's also great for countering gods!

This deck has plenty of control to hold out until you get the cards you need, also quite a bit of scry to dig for them!
