a slightly more budget alternative to the super expensive jund midrange decks. no goyfs, bobs or lilis! also, this list is mostly built around stuff that can be easily found or bought . The landbase is pretty standard, a couple of fetches and manlands here and there, nothing too fancy! Note: this deck is not meant to be tier 1(for now at least)!
some budget alternatives ive included in this deck are:
2x Blightning and 2x Gatekeeper of Malakir = 4x Liliana of the Veil. [discard, burn and edicts with significant upsides. couldnt go wrong here!]
3x Grim Flayer + 1x Painful Truths = 4x Dark ConfidantGrim flayers certainly aren't too cheap, but they aren't too expensive either. They do one thing that even bob can't do: filter your draws. It being a 4/4 trampler also helps against tokens. The truths are just a great straight up draw spell.

Sylvan Advocate
simply fills the empty slots for goyf. At worst it's a 2/3 with vigilance that doesn't shrink for 2 mana. At best it's a 4/5 vigilance that buffs ur manlands as well. And to trigger that ability? U just need 6 lands, something which is not hard to attain in a attrition deck like this.
Goblin Dark-Dwellers and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet are excellent additions from OGW. GDD is basically a bigger sized Snapcaster with a similar cmc if u put the cmc of a snap and the snapped spell (eg. Kcommand) kalitas of the other hand just gives us more value in removing things. Plus lifelink is a steal in a deck where we usually start at around 15 life.
