The One Deck to rule them all. Or just some of them is fine.

Win Condition:

Master of Cruelties - He doesn't care how much life you have, he'll send you to 1.

Ramp, Haste:

Generator Servant - Is best used to cast Master of Cruelties. If lucky, Master of Cruelties hits by turn 3.

Burn:

Seal of Fire - A decent turn 1 investment to finish the game after Master of Cruelties hits, or just kill a low level creature whenever you feel like it.

Lightning Bolt - Not much needs to be said.

Protection, Unblockable:

Apostle's Blessing - Has two roles. Keep Master of Cruelties and others safe or make Master of Cruelties unblockable.

Madcap Skills - Combined with Silent Arbiter on the battlefield you may create unblockable creatures. Otherwise it works as a decent pump spell, if not used on The Master, can be to used on Vampire Nighthawk for some extra life gain.

Rogue's Passage - Another option for an unblockable Master of Cruelties.

Bottleneck Combat:

Silent Arbiter - Good if your opponent likes to go wide with creatures. Combos well with Madcap Skills to create unblockable creatures. Master of Cruelties must attack alone anyway.

Tutor:

Brainspoil - 3 mana to tutor the most important card is fairly cheap in my opinion. If you already have Master of Cruelties, do consider Angrath, the Flame-Chained.
