Rhys the Exiled in EDH. I already have a Yeva, Nature's Herald tribal Elf commander deck and people hate playing against it. I love Elves, so I found another cool Legendary elf that even lets me dip into Black a bit.

The deck is mostly budget, with the exception of Natural Order and Doubling Season. Both can easily be replaced by for example a Parallel Lives and Green Sun's Zenith/Worldly Tutor. That leaves Heritage Druid as the one remaining card that's more than $5. It too can be swapped for any mana producing elf. How much is the reprinted Priest of Titania nowadays?
