The center of this deck is Master Biomancer. Its main purpose is to supply extra +1/+1 Counters for Simic Fluxmage, Fathom Mage, Gyre Sage, and Simic Manipulator. Also if you have a Master Biomancer on the field and you play another one, they both gain evolve.

Cloudfin Raptor and Experiment One are basic, one mana, evolve creatures, and later you can move +1/+1 counters from them to other creatures with Bioshift.

Opponent playing pesky creatures? Use your Simic Manipulator too gain control of them, then use your Master Biomancer to give them evolve.

Your main non-land mana scource? Gyre Sage and Simic Keyrune have you covered.

Your card-drawing system is made up of 4 Fathom Mage and 4 Zamek Guildmage. Simic Fluxmage will help you move +1/+1 counters to you Biomancers.

SIDEBOARD

Biovisionary and Birthing Pod are a deadly combo. Get 4 Biovisionary's onto the field and you win the game. Shambleshark and Elusive Krasis are just more evolvers if you need more, and it cant hurt to have some Simic Charms in there.
