The basis of this deck is based off of a budget Red/blue wizards deck I saw on a Facebook group. I have made some adjustments for synergy and I wouldn't say this is budget build however it is still mid-range in price, very aggressive, and competitive for a FNM or Standard Showdown.

How this deck works is utilizing the prowess proc's in combination with Adeliz, the Cinder Wind's proc for wizards. Blood water entity is in for the prowess proc and bouncing instants and sorcery cards back to your hand from the graveyard. Also Opt and Warlord's Fury are sleeper cards for filling your hand with cards and prowess proc's. Finally I added Naru Meha, Master Wizard for late game wizard buffing and doubling of instant or sorcery spells.
