This deck is built around the idea of abusing the come into play effects. There are 3 ways of doing this, Cloudshift, Conjurer's Closet, and Roaring Primadox . Having access to all 3 gives a variety of options on the timing and amount of times you can bounce cards each turn.

The basic strategy is to ramp up to the bigger monsters while setting up bounce cards and keeping your hand healthy. The Birthing Pod is useful for searching for the biggest cards while Sun Titan will bring back creatures like Blade Splicer and Inquisitor Exarch . There's a huge amount of options available making each play through with the deck interesting.

Caution: This deck is designed for 1v1 duels. If you do multiplayer, I would recommend using Azorius Justiciar in place of Stonehorn Dignitary
