Based commander

Mono-black spellslinger - kill stuff, get rewarded. Drop Bolas' Citadel and win. Chain of smog + Sedgemoor/Onyx is an instant win. Rituals into big X spells win too.

Vampiric tutor changes the game for this deck. Being able to cast it again from the graveyard provides insane versatility and lets you put together two card combos with incredible ease. It's honestly kinda ridiculous. It lets you grab urborg/coffers for late game big mana kills or sedgemoor/chain of smog for early combo kills in one fell swoop.

This deck leans more on instant speed removal than sorcery speed sac effects like some other Toshi lists I've seen. Something like Fleshbag Marauder might trigger Toshiro more, but pouring more instants into your graveyard means you always have a flexible out available for any situation. A lot of Toshiro lists are admittedly pretty similar because there aren't that many useable black instants, so I also tried to throw in some options I never see like Plunge into Darkness.

Always taking suggestions! This is my "last" commander deck - the last one I'll probably build and own for a long time. Help me make it count!
