"There came to me at that instant a tremendous wave of emotion, a real appreciation of what was momentarily almost superhuman, cosmic, of the whole situation; our barge slowly rolling high overhead in the blazing sunlight, like the merest chip in the midst of ocean, the long cobweb of cable leading down though the spectrum to our lonely sphere, where, sealed tight, abyssal darkness as we dangled in mid-water, isolated as a lost planet in outer space." Half Mile Down (1934) by William Beebe

So I love Eldritch Horror and when I saw this card I had to build it. But I didn't want wheel tribal and I'm working on a Runo deck so I'm trying to save the big sea creature thing for that deck. So I figured a polymorph build for the "Unfathomable monstrosities" of MTG that gives the "What's under the water vibe" could be fun. Could also be otherworldly. Not necessarily alien, but unknown. Since I have some sacrifice cards I thought it would be cool to include a couple of steal effects to represent the allure of deep and sacrifice them to the gods.

I don't know all the MTG cards so I'm open to suggestions. I like bad cards but I want the deck to be functional, but not too good as I would like it to be played mostly in a casual setting. Not too worried about the lands as I'll most likely use what I have laying around to start but as I play the deck more I'll include more stuff. I want more darker mysterious cards, it to feel like I'm making some occult ritual to summon something unknown from the deep.
