This is my take on the Ur-Dragon precon deck back from 2018... when they found out how busted and overpowered Eminence abilities are. One of most consistently powerful decks I've, well, modified, Ur-Dragon Battlecruiser has a range of tools to stay in the game long enough for big dragons to fly over and breathe deadly fire upon our foes. A few interactions to look for:

Fist of Suns + Morophon, the Boundless -- Did I hear Free Dragons? Because this is what this combo does: it's a fire sale, and we're selling Dragons! Well, it's more of a giveaway, come to think about it. That said, once these two hit the board, with a consistent stream of cards you can lay your entire deck's worth of Dragons in one turn and defeat them all on attack triggers. Speaking of...

Dragon Tempest + Scourge of Valkas + Utvara Hellkite -- Wanna destroy your opponents before your Dragons even reach those fleshy meatbags across the table? Consider this: I attack with six dragons; six more 6/6 Dragons hit the board; Dragon Tempest allows each 6/6 Dragon to throw 12 damage at any target. Scourge of Valkas does exactly the same thing! Wait, so would these stack? Oh yeah they do! X amount of dragons entering the battlefield == 2X triggers of 2X damage. In the above scenario, each dragon would shoot for 12 damage twice, for a grand total of 144 damage AT END OF DECLARE ATTACKERS STEP. Usually enough to win you the game on the spot. Want another instant win condition? Also worth noting is that, should you not have Dragon Tempest or Scourge of Valkas, Temur Ascendancy and Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner will fill your hand to draw into these cards and these combos to close out the game.

Aggravated Assault + Savage Ventmaw -- Assuming your opponents have absolutely no way of destroying your Ventmaw, you gain INFINITE ATTACK PHASES. These two cards ALONE will win you the game! Shuttle this into a team of attacking Dragons, all with more attack triggers than you could poke a goblin's femur at, and now you auto-win a lot faster! Worth noting that Hellkite Charger is a nifty backup plan that, while not infinite, is still a lot of combat phases, usually enough to put you far enough ahead to carry the W from there.

Dragonlord Silumgar + Sarkhan the Masterless -- For those of you who enjoy playing Caltrops in a Sydri, Galvanic Genius deck, this one's for you! Dragonlord Silumgar, while a bit underwhelming and, honestly, a little unsynergistic - that 3 power misses a lot of good draw triggers - works perfectly with Sarkhan the Masterless. His passive ability gives each Dragon you control the effect of Caltrops. Pin that on a Deathtouch Dragon and... you're untouchable! Unless they have indestructible attackers... Hey, I hope you left up Cyclonic Rift mana :P

Other than that, the deck plays Attack Triggers Battlecruiser Magic, maximising on gaining a million and one effects when it attacks with Dragons. Not to mention the recursion shenanigans you can play with a Scion of the Ur-Dragon + Teneb, the Harvester combo. With this, you tutor a dragon into the graveyard with Scion, becoming that Dragon for the turn. If Teneb connects and you pay the cost, you've just spent five mana to tutor a dragon from your library onto the battlefield. Not only that, but fetching a Bladewing the Risen can swell up your board nicely. And that's just scratching the surface! Just look at that Mirage Mirror eyeing off your shapeshifting Scion. Ooh, the possibilities...

Any suggestions? I'm keen to hear some feedback, get involved in the community, and have some fun with Dragons!
