The Ur-Dragon has friends who are all colours of the rainbow. His parties tend to get out of hand though. Multiple haste enablers help his dragon buddies smash face quickly. Please offer suggestions to help the Ur-Dragon party :)

Fixing

The bane of 5 colour decks is not having the right colour of mana. The land base needs extra care. I've included the following lands to help:

Command Tower, Haven of the Spirit Dragon, and Path of Ancestry: Come with the precon and are no-brainers for keeping by fixing all 5 colours.

Ancient Ziggurat, City of Brass and Mana Confluence: All come with some downside but can tap for all 5 colours.

Ash Barrens: Can be pitched at instant speed for whichever basic land is needed for fixing.

Prismatic Vista: Fetches any basic land untapped, an upgraded version of Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse.

"Shocklands" and "Fetches": These lands are the cornerstones of the mana base, allowing the deck to fix for any two colours that are needed. I only have the 5 allied Fetches as the enemy ones are expensive. I've found that the mana base still works well.

I have not included Transguild Promenade or Rupture Spire. Their tempo are just far too slow. I would only include these if you are on a very tight budget.

Ramp

Urza's Incubator and Herald's Horn: give discounts on the costs of our dragons.

Birds of Paradise, Somberwald Sage and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds: mana dorks that can tap for any colour.

Coalition Relic, Chromatic Lantern, Commander's Sphere, Dragon's Hoard, and Gilded Lotus: mana rocks that also fix colours.

Farseek, Nature's Lore, Skyshroud Claim, and Krosan Verge: Can search for shocklands.

Ramos, Dragon Engine: Dragon that can ramp for more dragons.

One of the weaknesses of aggro is that it can run out of fuel. Dragons get destroyed and you find yourself with an empty hand. Card draw is vital to keep the pressure going. I've emphasized card draw spells that benefit me from doing what I intend to do anyway: cast dragons and attack with them.

Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner, Temur Ascendancy, Elemental Bond, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, and Kindred Discovery all draw cards simply from dragons entering the battlefield.

Kindred Discovery (again), and The Ur-Dragon himself reward me for turning my dragons sideways.

Sarkhan Unbroken: the one planewalker in the deck both ramps and draws a card with the +1 ability

Lifecrafter's Bestiary: Affordable card draw when casting dragons.

Dragonlord Ojutai is Anticipate on a stick, giving card selection and draw every time he connects.

Greater Good acts as a sacrifice outlet that can generate a lot of card advantage with our big dragons.

Dragon's Hoard is a mana rock that can be used for card draw later in the game.

Selvala's Stampede isn't technically card draw but is certainly card advantage. 6 mana to cheat 4 permanents into play is a bargain.

Worldly Tutor and Sarkhan's Triumph are the tutors in the deck.

Fate Reforged Dragons

The 5 dragons from Fate Reforged are all included in the precon and I've found all of them to be helpful. All 5 of them give themselves and all other dragons you control some kind of buff. This is incredibly powerful even with just a couple dragons on the field.

Atarka, World Render: Double-striking dragons...oh my! Very often just finishes games.

Dromoka, the Eternal: Quickly buffs up creatures. Attacking with three dragons means that one of them is getting +6/+6 counters. That's a huge buff. Somewhat annoying when Birds of Paradise is on the field as it will be the bird that gets the buff. However, a 6/7 Birds of Paradise is rather hilarious.

Kolaghan, Storm's Fury: Again with just a few dragons this guy can give each one an impressive power buff.

Ojutai, Soul of Winter: This can be super annoying. It can lock down opponents' armies making retribution impossible.

Silumgar, the Drifting Death: Often acts as a one-sided boardwipe. The hexproof makes him very difficult to get rid of.

Other "Dragons Matter" Dragons

Scion of the Ur-Dragon: Transforms itself into whichever dragon is most helpful at instant speed.

Utvara Hellkite: Poops out 6/6 dragons left, right, and centre. Gets out of control fast.

Lathliss, Dragon Queen: Poops out 5/5 dragons as well as offering firebreathing to the whole team.

Scourge of Valkas: Can deliver an impressive amount of burn per dragon entering the battlefield.

Scourge of the Throne: Untaps all your dragons so they can swing in again. Bonkers with Xenagos, God of Revels.

Bladewing the Risen: Brings back fallen comrades. Bladewing also gives the whole team firebreathing.

The Dragonlords

I wanted to include all 5 of the Dragonlords for the sake of symmetry. However, I found Dragonlord Silumgar just didn't perform. He is much better in a control or aikido deck. The rest of the Dragonlords have found a home in here though.

Dragonlord Atarka: ETB deals 5 damage to creatures or planewalkers. Biggest, scariest dragon of the bunch with the exception of the Ur-Dragon.

Dragonlord Dromoka: Lifelink and some protection for the team.

Dragonlord Kolaghan: May seem like an odd inclusion in the deck but I find he hits hard. Combining him with any of the Fate Reforged dragons can create a lot of value and power out of nowhere.

Dragonlord Ojutai is Anticipate on a stick, giving card selection and draw every time he connects.

Other Dragons

Scion of the Ur-Dragon: Can become any Dragon that's needed in a given moment. Atarka World Render, Balefire Dragon, Utvara Hellkite, Kolaghan Storm's Fury and Dromoka the Eternal are all great copy targets.

Balefire Dragon: Essentially a one-sided boardwipe on a stick. Hoses "go-wide" token or tribal strategies.

Steel Hellkite: More removal on a stick that can take out key threats or eliminate a host of tokens for 0 activation cost.

Hellkite Tyrant: Steals all the shiny mana rocks and equipment that Commander players love to use.

Ramos, Dragon Engine: Ramping dragon.

Scalelord Reckoner and Thunderbreak Regent: Rattlesnakes in the shape of a dragon.

Wasitora, Nekoru Queen: Edict effect or token producer on a dragon.

Sunscorch Regent: Turns into a massive beater and the lifegain is a nice bonus in this aggro deck.

Stormbreath Dragon: Hasty flier with relevant protection. Can do some extra burn to each opponent.

Dragon Broodmother: One of the weaknesses of aggro is the vulnerability to retaliation attacks from opponents. The Broodmother provides chump blockers during each player's upkeep. Also a bomb with any "dragons matter" cards.

Protection

Opponents are going to want to destroy our scary dragons. Protection helps keep them around longer:

Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves: Commander protection staples.

Heroic Intervention: Cheap instant speed protection for the whole team (including other permanents).

Dragonlord Dromoka: Prevents counterspells and other instant removal.

Scalelord Reckoner: the Karmic Justice of dragons. Makes opponents think twice before using that Path to Exile.

Haste

Usually opponents want to try to kill your dragons before your turn comes around again. Haste is incredibly important for getting damage in:

Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves: Commander haste-enabling staples.

Temur Ascendancy, Rythm of the Wild, and Dragon Tempest: Cheap haste-granting enchantments. Dragon Tempest doles out a silly amount of damage in this deck.

Dragonlord Kolaghan: May seem like an odd inclusion in the deck but I find he hits hard. Combining him with any of the Fate Reforged dragons can create a lot of value and power out of nowhere.

Hanweir Battlements  : Grants a creature haste for a small investment.

Reanimation

Inevitably some dragons are going to die. I've included a small reanimation package to get some extra value from our fallen comrades:

Living Death: The idea is to have a scarier suite of creatures to reanimate than our opponents. It also acts as a pseudo boardwipe if there is another player ahead of us in board presence.

Bladewing the Risen: Mentioned above. Great recursive dragon.

Haven of the Spirit Dragon: Can be sacrificed later game to bring a dragon back to hand.

Removal

Every deck needs ways to interact with opponents' threats. Some of the removal in this deck can be found on the dragons themselves and are listed above. However, some instant speed removal and boardwipes are necessary when the going gets rough.

Anguished Unmaking, Vindicate, Swords to Plowshares and Beast Within: Flexible, cheap targeted removal.

Crux of Fate: Easy include. 5 mana for a one-sided boardwipe is great value.

Toxic Deluge: I included this one because it's cheap and also often acts as a one-sided boardwipe. It's easy to set X so it takes out other threats but leaves your dragons alive.

Updates Add

I've been using Archidekt for the past year or so but I've missed the community here. Gonna try to update decks on both sites. Here are changes to the list I've made in the past year or so:

Ramp & Fixing:

Fabled Passage, Arcane Signet, and Skyclave Relic have been great additions and replace Commander's Sphere, Sarkhan , and a basic land. Skyclave Relic is the newest addition and I like its flexibility in being able to being used as an early mana rock or powering out Ur-Dragon later on with its kicked copies.

Card Draw:

The Great Henge is amazing in this deck. It's easy to get a solid mana reduction when a dragon is out. It then draws cards, ramps, gains life, and buffs dragons. It replaces Lifecrafter's Bestiary.

Garruk's Uprising replaces Elemental Bond as it is essentially the same card but with upside.

Other additions:

Terror of the Peaks replaces Thunderbreak Regent as its Warstorm Surge ability is fantastic removal or burn to the face. This was an easy include.

Eerie Ultimatum acts as a massive one-sided reanimation spell, bringing back dragons and the deck's multiple fetch lands. It replaces Rhythm of the Wild as I felt as though the deck had enough haste enablers.

Generous Gift replaces Anguished Unmaking. The life loss from Anguished Unmaking is irrelevant in most decks. This deck has a lot of fetches and shocks (plus City of Brass and Mana Confluence though so I was actually finding the 3 life to be rather painful.

Dragonlord Silumgar has been added as it was the only dragonlord that wasn't previously included. It replaces Ramos, Dragon Engine. I wanted the symmetry of having every Tarkir block dragonlord. I admit Silumgar isn't the most on theme with the rest of the deck so it may get cut in the future.
