This little goblin isn't compensating for anything, he smashes V.

Forget a partner, rock this little dude solo for some ruthless knockouts. 1V1 is completely nasty... but if you play a full table he is hard to win with. That being said, he will knock someone out every game.

There are some nice little mana rocks/dorks to get things moving in here, and a BUNCH of tutors to get a card draw engine running. Don't tutor all night like a tool, grab The Skull & start smashing. As the V-Smasher deals CMC damage of the first spell EACH turn, the deck is very instant heavy so you can keep throwing cheap shots around the table.

Mana cheats & Delve outlets (to steal casting power from your graveyard as you're burning through spells) get some MONSTER damage hits tossed around quickly. Look @ Flame Javelin for example... pay 3(R), V throws a (6 CMC) shot to a random opponent, and you can land the Instant's 4 damage as you see fit. 10 damage for 3(R) is ruthless.
