Well, this is yet my latest go at an artifact deck.

It basically relies on the mechanic of playing as many creatures (Memnite, Signal Pest, Vault Skirge) as early in the game as possible, taking advantage of Cranial Plating and Signal Pest in hopes of an early kill. Springleaf Drum helps a great deal if you get mana-robbed, so that you may still cast Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas and use his -4 for the win of the game. Or use his -1 and make Darksteel Citadel a 5/5 Indestructible.
