Minotaurs have a number of lords running around, with only slivers seeming to have more keyword abilities available on demand. Most interesting are perhaps Neheb, the Worthy - providing first strike - and Felhide Petrifier - sharing deathtouch with the boys. Wait a minute, first strike and deathtouch? That's one of the all-time classic ability combos! Get these two out and your minotaurs should rout any foes in combat, though Burning-Fist Minotaur and Ahn-Crop Invader already come with first strike and Basilisk Collar can help somewhat with making up for an absentee Petrifier.

But wait, minotaurs also get a "trample lord" in the form of Rageblood Shaman. Trample + deathtouch is almost as good, ensuring blockers only ever soak up a single point of damage as your malcontent moo-men mete mayhem on your opponent's sorry life total.

P.S. Anaba Shaman kind of sucks but even then would probably still be worthwhile once deathtouch is in the picture.
