Control the board until you get Possibility Storm and play Endless One in order to search your library for Emrakul, the Aeons Torn netting yourself an extra turn. After playing Emrakul you can then steamroll your opponent making them sacrifice six permanents. You can get the Endless one by transmuting Tolaria West and search for a card with converted cost , in other words, a card like Endless One or an Ornithopter (if you don't want to buy an Endless One). The basic shell of the deck is $38 (2/8/19) the main finisher is very interchangeable and could be replaced by any big creature. I decided not to use Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning because it was expensive and it is more important to have creature removal or artifact removal over player damage and also you get two different sources for removal. However Abrade is still a little expensive so choose whatever you would like But if you want to put it into the deck for the mana efficiency that is fine this was as budget as I could get it. Izzet Signet is a good accelerator that can really advance your plans. The two majors weakness of this deck is a control deck or a card that exiles Emrakul, the Aeons Torn from had or off the field but the likeliness of this happening is hugely decreased if Possibility Storm
