Tivit, Seller of Secrets takes on the role of Sheev Palpatine, as you work to usurp the power of your playgroup through so-called "Democracy."

Tivit, playing politics with your playgroup

Everyone loves to get to have their say, and every vote counts. Tivit just makes sure that some votes count MORE than others. This deck can be played strictly for fun and flavor, leaning into voting cards and those fun interactions, or you can look to assemble a combo engine and silence democracy once and for all! A big theme in this deck (aside from voting) is flickering your creatures and permanents to get extra helpings of ETB effects. Pieces like Brago, King Eternal allow us to flicker fun/utility pieces like our commander or Custodi Squire for more voting/recursion fun, as well as more straightforward pieces like Karmic Guide.

If you get all vote modifying cards onto the field (Brago's Representative, Ballot Broker, Tivit, Seller of Secrets) you get 3 additional votes per vote, giving you the ability to single handedly outvote a pod of up to 5 players.

Panharmonicon does huge work in this deck, and while it's not necessary for the combos/win conditions, it makes life much easier. Another great value card here is Altar of the Brood, since much of the deck operates off of ETB and loops, this can be used to mill your opponents to great effect. These cards help hugely boost the effectiveness of our combos listed below.

Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator = Infinite Flicker/Infinite mana

Ghostly Flicker + Peregrine Drake + Archaeomancer = Infinite Flicker/Mana

Restoration Angel + Felidar Guardian = Infinite Flicker

Naru Meha, Master Wizard + Ghostly Flicker = Infinite Flicker

Felidar Guardian + Aminatou, the Fateshifter = Infinite Flicker
