This is my temur standard deck. It's got lots of fat creatures that synergize well and combine to do obscene amounts of damage. This is Surrak's swamp, and if you challenge that fact you'll end up like the bear head he's wearing.
This deck is still very experimental, because I'm not totally sure how it will handle things like Abzan midrange and I'm not sure what I should put in after Theros rotates out. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!
Rampy dorks like Elvish Mystic and Sylvan Caryatid help me play things like the turn 2 Savage Knuckleblade or turn 3 hasty knuckleblade. Or - in magical Christmas land - my mana dorks help me pull of the occasional turn 3 Prophet of Kruphix, Xenagos, God of Revels into turn 4 Sagu Mauler for 12 hasty damage. But all this crazy ramp will be gone soon, and I'm not sure what to do with the lower end of this deck's curve. What are the communities opinions on Sword of the Animist? Shaman of Forgotten Ways?
Outside of the dorks, fatties, and prophet, this deck tries to do a little bit of everything. I can squeeze every last bit of utility out of Temur Charm, killing things, mana leaking scary spells, and swinging straight past Elspeth tokens to take care of the walker herself. I love Stubborn Denial for this deck, because rare is the situation in which you want to counter a non-creature spell when you don't have a big creature out. Most of the time, denial can be used to protect creatures, stop board wipes, or counter planeswalkers.
I'm not sure if Sarkhan Unbroken fits in here but I'd like to try him for now. Lastly, Polymorphist's Jest is here because Turn to Frog is my absolute favorite effect in Magic and I'm just dying to watch someone's face as they swing in with an Ojutai or Rhino and watch it get frogged.
Any advice is more than welcome!
