A friend from my magic group once told me "the most annoying kinds of decks to play against are mind control, forced sacrifice and counter in that order". Since I already have a gravepact deck Vampire Onslaught: Gravepact I have decided to make the trinity of annoyance complete... and probably get me kicked out of my local magic group :p

This deck is a blue control until the midgame when I can start taking everyones stuff. in the event that there is no stuff to take Aetherling helps me kill them off faster.

This deck is weak to early game rush while I build up my mana base, hence why it should do well in our kitchen table magic* 4-5 player upwards games where nobody wants to attack until later game as they would be vulnerable to every else. It's also vulnerable to forced discard ala Jace's Archivist so always gotta counter those critters on sight.

*funsies deck, not really a competive play deck
