This deck is headed by Kess, Dissident Mage and features only three creatures in the main deck. If you like spell slinging more than playing creatures this is the kind of deck for you. Built on MTGO this deck is far cheaper online than it is in paper, consider making changes for budget concerns.

Once it starts going off this deck can churn through the deck very fast and running out of cards can be a problem. Be wary of casting cards like Explosion if you've got multiple copies going up. Main wins are Torment of Hailfire and Aetherflux Reservoir, but Niv-Mizzet can be a backup.

Did not include Pact of Negation, completely slipped my mind at the time. Consider running it in place of Force of Will if on a budget or run both.

Marionette Master can be considered as another win condition, this deck generates lots of treasure tokens thanks to Brass's Bounty which can be sacked to kill everyone.
