I've decided with the reprint, that now is a good time to finally build this cEDH deck. My goal is to win off of a thassa's oracle combo. Multiple infinite mana engines will enable this. Engines such auriok salvegers and LED. Dramatic scepter, devoted druid and Vizier of Remedies. Once infinite mana is achieved I will draw my deck and cast a thassas oracle while having a slew of counter spells in hand incase of any interaction. If a walking ballista win will also be in the deck. My alternate win will be to cast memories journey and noxious revival, from here I can infinitely loop my library. With this loop I will infinitely cast best with in on my opponents permanents then cast reality shift infinitely. I also have the ability to cast windfall infinite times causing them to draw to death.
