An EDH deck for Thromok the Insatiable. Focus on mana ramp and token generation in an attempt to win in one turn with Thromok. True, I could use stuff like Craterhoof Behemoth to go with my tokens, but... that's just no fun. A commander deck should win using its commander, right?

Key cards and combos:

Fauna Shaman/Survival of the Fittest + Brawn, Anger, and Genesis to tutor up other creatures and give Thromok Haste and Trample. Kind of synergize with Soul of New Phyrexia too, if you have tons of mana and want to survive a board wipe of something.

Oracle of Mul Daya and Vizier of the Menagerie work extremely well together, almost forming a green Future Sight. Cards like Sylvan Library, Domri Rade, and Nissa, Sage Animist have lots of synergy here too.

This deck needs a lot of mana to keep going. Land ramp is nice, but it really needs a bit more than that to get ahead. Cryptolith Rite, Xenagos, the Reveler, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, and of course Gaea's Cradle all create tons of mana to help that happen.

Seedborn Muse breaks things. Yeva, Nature's Herald in particular makes every turn your turn. Duskwatch Recruiter  , Survival of the Fittest/Fauna Shaman, etc. are also all cards that benefit from having all of your mana and being untapped on everyone's turn.

Pathbreaker Ibex is the easiest way to win. Attacking with him after you've played Thromok will turn all of your creatures into Thromok (and Thromok into Double Thromok). All you need is haste and 11 mana, which shouldn't be too hard to do. Shaman of Forgotten Ways is also a bit of a win condition on his own. Remember, Biorhythm is banned in Commander, and the Shaman is a Biorhythm on a stick.
