First of all, this deck is not your normal Teferi deck. Instead of stuff like Stasis and Rising Waters, it runs artifacts and creatures like Codex Shredder and Stern Mentor. you can then simply cast Teferi and be constantly chucking around 6-10 cards from your deck into graveyard every turn. Then, you can just cast a card that feeds off the grave and win.

Mill Spells

The Grinders

Codex Shredder,Charmed Pendant, Cathartic Adept, Millikin, Deranged Assistant,Dakra Mystic, Ghoulcaller's Bell,card:: All of these work well with cards like Lantern of Insight, and most are cheap meaning you can get them out early and many areTrinket Mageable.These cards are basically the heart of the deck, and can also find more of them with the combo with a card which lets you see the top card of your deck.

The Multi-Mills

Stern Mentor, Grindclock: These two don't work withLantern of Insight, but are still good.

Other Mill Spells

Fact or Fiction, Mirror-Mad Phantasm: These are just good.

Stuff Which Works Well In Grave / With Big Grave

Bonehoard,Academy Elite, Body Double, Wonder, Soul of Ravnica, Dig Through Time, Treasure Cruise, Temporal Trespass, Runechanter's Pike: Along with Stitcher Geralf, these are basically the finishes. Many of these work well with fatties as well, so we've got a few of those in there as well (Mindshrieker works well with fatties as well).

Reanimation

Archaeomancer, Codex Shredder, Call to Mind, Myr Retriever, Artisan of Kozilek: These are often finishers. Work well with a huge grave.

Non-Budget Acquisitions

Lantern of Insight:This card fits perfectly into the theme of the deck, and also, in two player, you can go for the traditional lantern control route with this.

Cyclonic Rift: Why wouldn't you want to include the best blue card in EDH ever?!

Rings of Brighthearth: Great for untapping 8 permenants each turn.
