This is a fun and [in my experience] pretty consistent deck. Once Lifeline and Time Sieve are out, it can quickly and easily start taking extra turns, building up to having 5 artifact creatures for infinite turns. Kill condition is Perilous Myr.

With Myr Retrievers you don't even need 5 creatures; you could even sac the Time Sieve/Lifeline, get them back, and keep going. The manlands speed it up nicely as well (lifeline will bring them back as long as they were a creature when they died).
