Let's Moooove out! This is the Minotaur Beatdown. It is a tribal minotaur BR Aggro build. It builds each other up then scares all the Cowards as they get utterly destroyed. Lets go through the cards shall we? :D
Basic Lands:6x Mountain6x SwampNo real explanation here.
Nonbasic Lands:2x Rakdos Guildgate1x Molten Slagheap2x Terramorphic Expanse2x Evolving Wilds1x Ghost QuarterMy nonbasic land selection is kind of weak. I do plan on switching it up a little bit. I feel there are some good choices that I just haven't seen yet.
The Creatures.4x Kragma Warcaller4x Rageblood Shaman4x Felhide Petrifier4x Gorehorn Minotaurs4x Deathbellow Raider4x Ragemonger24 total creatures, each helping each other via buffs and giving each other abilities. Nothing scarier than a 10/6 haste, deathtouch, lifelink, trample, bloodthirsted moocow coming at your face. They all help build and sustain. Turn two drops a deathbellow followed by a rageblood or ragemonger normally. The only one I am considering dropping is the Gorehorn Minotaurs. They are consistently the weakest and worst draw I could get and often get scryed to the bottom or never played. May take them out for more lands or a different moocow.
The Removals.4x Hero's Downfall4x Murder4x Lightning Bolt2x Traitorous BloodThe essential cards needed to kill off the opposing creatures that want to chump block or get in the way of the rampaging moocows. Now, I don't know if you consider the blood to be removal, but taking their only creature then running them over with 5 cows is normally a game ender and a nice way to utilize the opponents own creature against them.
The Misc..2x Read the Bones2x Whip of ErebosThe whip and bones. I decided to choose bones over Sign in Blood and Night's Whisper mainly because of the scry effect. If I'm going to lose 2 life either way I go about it, I want to be able to scry it out as well. The Whip of Erebos is in there for recursion and the added lifelink ability. I know that normally aggro players shouldn't really care about their health and just go for win, however the blue player in me is cautious. I like the life gain and the recursion has often been a game changing effect.
