Tinyleaders Skullbriar beatdown. I think this is ($80 on july 2015) a very effective tinyleaders deck for an affordable cost. Of course, I am only running basic lands and you can easily double or triple the price of the deck by adding in the nonbasics I have listed in the maybeboard but I have not found them to be necessary.

Sad panda day if someone hits you with Virulent Wound before you can put any counters on skullbriar, but I think the probability of that occurring is minimal at best.
