My take on Martin Muller's Mono-Blue Prison Deck. Due to impending marriage I have limited funds and made this from cards I cuttently own. So having a lack of Card: Part the Waterveil's I tried to get around it.
The 'Ties It Together' Suite
Jace's Sanctum this card is vital for this deck, makes it possible to cast my multiple Win Cons of Card: Part the Waterveil + Rise from the Tides in the same turn. Furthermore it makes the predominant amount of my spells super cheap, particularly important when filling up the graveyard for a huge Rise. Finally I get scry's from this giving me card selection every time I cast an instant or Sorcery, yay.
The Draw Suite
Anticipate cheap card selection only 2 mana at instant speed and is a cantrip with a Sanctum down. Mainly I have used it early to dig for more lands as I'm not sure of 23 is a card too light.

Artificer's Epiphany I was considering Catalog which is essentially the same thing, but I remembered about Epiphany and since I should usually have an Artifact in the way of Prism Ring in play I get to to keep both cards with no discard.
Pore Over the Pages Fantastic pseudo-cheap draw spell, however with even one or two Sanctum's down it can actually cost only 1 or 2 mana to cast.
Day's Undoing a hugely huge card, perfect in combination with Card: Part the Waterveil as it means I can use my fresh hand of seven first. Also means I get to recycle all my draw spells. I only have two which may be a little light hence why I am thinking about adding in
Learn from the Past
which if Day's Undoing is countered or I cast before Day's Undoing shall mean I get a couple more graveyard/deck shuffles.
The Stall Suite
A highly important suite, helps me stay alive!!
Engulf the Shore Fantastic bounce spell, bounces entire boards of my opponents creatures, gets through hexproof and indestructible. Also good if combined with Day's Undoing as shuffles away all their cards.
Hydrolash great against weeny aggro decks, saves me some damage and also draws me a card. Good early game staller.
Prism Ring choose blue, always choose blue. This can keep my deck going for a long time gaining heaps and heaps of life, even more so in conjuction with Alhammarret's Archive
The Counter Suite
Due to having a lack of Day's Undoing and Waterveil, this was the main way I could compensate. Ideally in the same turn you want to cast Rise + Waterveil, but my deck won't always be able to do this. So if I cast Rise then I want to be able to protect all my little Zombs from big nasty sweepers. The easiest way to do this: counters.
Negate 2 mana counter target Non-Creature spell - this will hit almost any sweeper including Planar Outburst, Languish, Radiant Flames and Kozilek's Return.
Scatter to the Winds I would normally have chosen 3 Void Shatter's, however if I don't really get there with Rise or Waterveil then I can awaken a land or two and beat down with a couple of 3/3's, not ideal and not how I want to win, but always useful for an additional win con I suppose.
Void Shatter exile stuff yay.
The Win Condition
Card: Part the Waterveil as mentioned before works in conjunction with either Day's Undoing or Rise from the Tides to be able to cast more cards, or attack with a horde of zombs before they get blown out by a sweeper. Also if the game goes long enough can turn little lands it stompy 6/6's.
Rise from the Tides Huge horde of tapped zombs. As mentioned can be used with Waterveil for extra turn in order to attack, or protected by the counter suite if no Waterveil is present.
Possible Changes
Alhammarret's Archive this is awesome, but maybe too slow. Works well with Prism for double life gain, or almost all my draw spells for double draw. Really not sure about this one, more testing is required but I have main boarded it for now.
Learn from the Past due to having less Day's Undoing than I would like This card could be a decent stand in, it's instant speed and could allow me to get a countered Undoing, Waterveil or Rise back into my library, and then if I cast Undoing turns later it shall go back in my library. So seems a pretty good cycle, just not sure what I could swap it for.
Mage-Ring Network not sure if this is too slow, Sanctum shall be making things cheap enough, so might replace with an island for more Engulf the Shore shenanigans.
