This is the most competitive deck I've made for commander. The goal is to outvalue our opponents with card draw, tokens and mana acceleration. The central combo is the obvious Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood and that's facilitated by plenty of ways to lose life and sacrificing creatures. I'm trying to keep the budget as low as possible but I allowed myself the combo and a few token cards as things to splurge on for the deck. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know!
