Torpor Orb negates triggered abilities that begin with "when", "whenever", or "at" (For example: it doesn't work with Nyxathid ).

Torpor Orb and Sundial of the Infinite will let you cast cheap huge creatures with huge drawbacks with no drawbacks.

Also, Sundial of the Infinite can be used to bypass almost anything that happens in your turn, enemy tries to exile your creatures? not in your turn, he used the classical hive mind+pacts? end turn, problem solved.

Torpor Orb pretty much fucks up every enemy strategy Melira & co.? nope, everything that relies in "when this creature enters/leaves the battlefield/comes into play" is automatically negated, think about it, many decks use cards like that.

Leveler +Laboratory Maniac as an alternative way of winning.

Suggestions welcome, please, keep in mind I want to keep this deck as a budget deck (That means cheap).
