With the addition of Phenax, God of Deception, I think milling decks are finally do-able. With this deck I've done away with every other mechanic, including the all too alluring possibility of discards (Thoughtseize, Mind Rot, etc.) because those cards are of a one-sided purpose.

Instead this deck is filled with just about every Wall. Walls have the dual purpose of being defenders and this great trick:

1) Play as many walls as possible. 2) Play Phenax, God of Deception. 3) Almost exclusively on your opponents end phase, after combat, use the Phenax ability to mill their deck. That way you are never out in the open.

I added Pacifism and even the less favorable Arrest because they add in devotion and help to counter unblockables.

I added Ephara, God of the Polis because of her card cantrip and the high likely hood that she can contribute to the milling.

Jace is in there for his +0 milling ability.

Aetherize is good against those decks which deploy many creatures and heroic triggers.

If playing against a control deck swap in sideboard with white spells.

I picture this deck as creating a sky high tower in the ocean, with Phenax, Ephara and Jace at the top of it.
