This deck follows pauper EDH deck construction rules (uncommon general, 99 commons), but is actually meant to go against non-pauper EDH decks (ironically in playtesting against my playgroup, this deck does better against non-pauper than against pauper decks because pauper decks are fast)

The goal is to assemble a land untapper enchanted with Freed from the Reel and a land that taps for more than 1 mana (using auras) to get infinite blue mana (or Axebane Guardian and a defender). Then you can capsize everything and then capsize Archaeomancer or Mnemonic Wall to repeatedly cast "target player draws X cards" on your opponent until they get decked.

While you are assembling the combo, disrupt your opponent(s) using removal spells as needed.
