The deck is built around grabbing -> activating -> protecting -> attacking with Dark Depths .

The only cards not focused on Dark Depths are the Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek combo, to give an alternative to Dark Depths if the opponent is too effective at neutralising Dark Depths
