TL;DR: Annoy all until you can piece together a twin combo. Also, Numot is fairly annoying.

Gameplan: You win by a twin combo. Since we're in Jeskai, there are not too many good ways to cheat this combo into play, or tutor for it. Thus, the plan is to stall the game and make it difficult for your opponents to hurt you while you wait for the combo to come together.

Combos: Splinter Twin + Pestermite or Deceiver Exarch or Zealous Conscripts

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Pestermite or Deceiver Exarch or Zealous Conscripts or Felidar Guardian

Saheeli Rai + Felidar Guardian

(You can technically do felidar guardian + splinter twin too, but you have to wait for a turn because it doesn't have haste and then another turn with the twin sitting on it so that your tokens can untap. It's not the best plan.)

Why Jeskai, Why Numot: twin requires blue and red. Starting from there, you should look at what adding another color does for you. Adding green gives some good creature tutors and also ramp. Adding black gives tutors and graveyard shenanigans. Adding white Allows us to use Felidar Guardian with saheeli, has some good enchantment tutors, and also has some nasty stax. So:You should add black or green if you want a faster and more consistent victory. (see Grixis Twin for example)You should play white if you want to inflict longer and more miserable games on people (which is what I like to do :)

Now that we've decided on just adding white, Numot is the clear choice. No other Jeskai Commander helps with either the stax or the combo at all. If you manage to artifact-ramp out and get Numot swinging by turn 3, people have a hard time climbing back into the game. However, Numot is mostly there for the late game after an armageddon or cataclysm to really trip people up
