UB Artifacts!

This is the first Pauper EDH deck I've put together. It's all about card advantage, control, and of course, artifacts!

I chose Contraband Kingpin because filtering with his scry ability is just too good. You'll be casting tons of artifacts anyways, so why not put things you don't need on the bottom of your library in the process.
