UB Control! This deck has a lot of synergies with both your graveyard and your opponent's; Into the Story and Drown in the Loch are the two best reasons to be playing this kind of Thought Scour control deck.

Lochmere Serpent with Zur's Weirding are your main win conditions. After you stabilize the board, you use Zur's Weirding to keep your opponent from drawing their outs; on the other hand, each of your own creatures can be brought back from the graveyard, so you're okay with milling them over.
