I tried to make UB Control work for a long time, but the tools that black has are just heavily outmatched by red in this format. Black's best tool (Grasp of Darkness) is not splash friendly and forces you to give up on red's Magma Spray, Harnessed Lightning, Sweltering Suns and Hour of Devastation. I'll leave black to the midrange decks.
