Blue / Black - Tempo / Control Deck

Updated version of UB - Frog-Tide-x2/x4

This version is more tempo focused. In this version there are tempo focused creatures like 2x Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student  , 2x Brazen Borrower, 2x Tishana's Tidebinder and 2x Subtlety.

Core is still Psychic Frog and Murktide Regent synergy. Psychic Frog is basically main engine and enabler of the deck now supported by Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student   to have additional card draw engine and reuse some spells from graveyard and possible triggers for Murktide Regent.

Deck has 2x Subtlety and 2x Brazen Borrower as utility and tempo cards.

Brazen Borrower works really well in mirror matches and as a removal for construct tokens or bouncing problematic permanents without going into card disadvantage.

Addition of Tishana's Tidebinder helps to stop some problematic abilities.

Deck has 2x Drown in the Loch this card is versatile and very effective against aggro decks.

After testing few cantrips seems that 4x Preordain is what deck needs and other slots are better used for additional interaction or disruption like 2x Dreams of Steel and Oil.

2x Cling to Dust in main deck is nice as at least some grave hate before sideboard and can be used as 1 black mana cantrip or emergency life gain, can help with Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student   flip and there is synergy with escape and Murktide Regent trigger.

3x Harbinger of the Seas in sideboard can steal few games and can give at least some edge vs Tron / Eldrazi, works really good vs Titan decks.
