This is my first rough draft for a post-rotation Blue/Black Mill deck, (Yes, I do understand I put cycle lands in it, but as soon as we find out what the next lands are, those will be replaced), and as of currently, I'm looking forward to taking this deck into my next FNM to see how it plays. The concept of the deck is pretty easy, try and get Psychic Corrosion down, while keeping your opponent under control by always knowing what they have in hand, and if we have to, Disperse Corrosion back to our hand in case of danger... Originally, I was going to do Esper, but I felt like Blue/Black with a control variant will make this deck work better... Let me know what you think, and I will be updating how this deck goes in FNM.

Also, for budget players, just take out the planeswalkers and Search, and find something that maybe helps you draw cards or even Millstone to help things along.
