This deck can go 1 of 2 ways: control or token zoo

TOKEN ZOO

In the hyper greedy/aggressive token zoo variant (default), the goal is to flood the board with Cryptbreaker by discarding Dread Wanderer or Prized Amalgam. Then, play Diregraf Colossus and flood more with Liliana's Mastery and Dark Salvation (which also offers removal). Finish your opponent with Open into Wonder; if they aren't dead by then, you just drew a new hand and can keep pushing them. And if your stuff is countered/killed, bring it back with Gisa and Geralf or cast it from your graveyard (i.e. Dread Wanderer, Prized Amalgam, and Relentless Dead).

tl;dr

Flood, flood, keep flooding until it works. Go face with unblockable or menace

CONTROL

In the slower control variant, you will focus much more on removal, with a few unblockable threats. Utilize the different Liliana planeswalkers to populate/control the board. Partner Skeleton Key or Key to the City with Diregraf Colossus or Kalitas or a token zombie to keep poking your opponent down. Kalitas becomes very powerful in the control variant as you can exile what you kill and flood with it. You can also sacrifice your zombies that would otherwise die to boost Kalitas. Alternate win conditions include either Liliana's ultimate.
