This is a surprisingly fun but quite Casual 1v1 deck designed to do lots of fiddling around, making it feel very Blue despite having a very incomplete interaction package. This deck is designed to ramp/durdle until it can cheat out a fatty; Dreamscape Artist and cantrips are necessary to make this work, while Dizzy Spell is mostly in to dig out a Quest or Brainstorm, whichever is more necessary, a necessary thing as the deck is oversize. It's a hard call to decide how many creatures should be in here, but I know I want lots of cantrips, and would run 8 Brainstorm in a second, it's such a good card in this deck. The deck has a high level of play satisfaction without being too pushed, but if you can't get a Quest out (and have a Brainstorm to set it up), you probably will be on the slow side, just using Dreamscapes to ramp in a deck this low on lands will be clunky, and most of our fatties need us to hit a high number of lands to hard cast.

The deck runs very few lands because it usually only needs 3 lands to work, and probably is fine if it only manages to play 3 lands.
