Welcome to my ultra-budget Izzet deck! My inspiration for this deck was Guttersnipe. I was looking for a good build-around for a free-for-all deck. I wanted something that frequently damaged all of my opponents and was capable of doing it multiple times, and Guttersnipe fit the bill perfectly. From there, I went about looking for Guttersnipe look-alikes, and found two. Electrostatic Field is essentially a lesser Guttersnipe that can block, and Thermo-Alchemist fills a similar role. The rest of the deck is for the most part 1 or 2 cost spells that either deal damage or draw cards for setting off all of our Guttersnipes. However, there are three other cards of note. Goblin Electromancer drops all of our two cost spells to just one mana. Quasiduplicate is basically extra copies of Guttersnipes that also sets them off. And finally, Niv-Mizzet, Parun. This is the deck's final late-game push. It gives you an extra burst of damage and supplies you with insane card advantage, especially in the multiplayer environment this deck was intended for.
