This cleric deck is quite different from other cleric constructions I have seen around. I hope you enjoy it.
The central card here is High Priest of Penance. The idea is to get him in the battlefield along with Daru Spiritualist. Once this is done, you can use Mortarpod and/or Viridian Longbow to deal 1 damage to High Priest of Penance (which will be kept alive thanks to Daru Spiritualist) and trigger his awesome ability. In the case of using Mortarpod, you'll need good sacrifices, and this is why Kemba, Kha Regent and Doomed Traveler have found a place in this deck. Speaking of sacrifices, it is no doubt that Skirsdag High Priest and his "demon's souls" are very wellcome (ba dum, tss). Edgewalker can really quicken the game and Doubtless One can help you securing a good match. Last but not least, Misery Charm does a nice job recovering dead but still useful clerics.
