I love silver bordered cards so here is a silver-bordered Pauper deck. I am trying to complete the first two un-sets (Unglued and Unhinged) and I figured, why not build a Pauper deck with all the excess commons? It does contain a few cards from Unstable as well.

The deck revolves around the Elemental with the super long name and Wordmail. Which, if combined, should result in a 27/27 creature. Land Aid '04 and Selfie Preservation help thin the deck and search for lands while Artful Looter helps cycle cards. Looter also doesn't specify non-land permanents, so you can use its effect before playing your land and then untap him and draw again.

Carnivorous Death Parrot is sort of a Back-Up monster, becoming a 4/4 (or 5/5, is Death-Parrot 1 word?) with Wordmail. And if you have both the Elemental and Parrot out at the same time, you can give them +2/+2 and trample with Graphic Violence as they both have the same artist! (Be sure to run the Unsanctioned version of Parrot for this combo).

If you didn't notice it yet: this deck is purely for fun and a tribute to my favorite childhood set: Unhinged. But feel free to try this deck with friends and maybe against other (non-silver border) Pauper decks ;)
