I always wanted to make UN Commander, and still, I failed. The idea of this deck first came theft themed, built around Phoebe, Head of S.N.E.A.K. using all possible "gain control over something". However, when I started brewing, I decided to go silver border only. I put something together, but then I realized, it's quite hard to get City of Ass and some others, which made me angry and I decided to splash some black borders (to synergize with Border Guardian , of course). So this is it, my deck of thieves.

There are some changes I came up with to make it ultrabudget:

Lazav, the Multifarious / Concentrate instead of Swiftfoot Boots

Body Double instead of Everythingamajig B

Future Sight instead of card:Sword of Dungeons & Dragons

(Those are a little bit random brews I found at home.)
